Experienced Immigration Lawyer

Attorney Nina Llerena

Nina Veronica Llerena is the founder of the Law Offices of Nina Llerena, PLLC. Nina Veronica was born in Arequipa, Peru. She descends from a family of immigrants, and she is an immigrant herself, so she understands very well the dynamics of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, and the intricacies of the law.

Being a third generation of attorneys it was logic for her to follow that family path, and became a lawyer in her native Peru where she studied and graduated from Universidad Nacional San Agustin de Arequipa and was admitted to the Arequipa College of Lawyers.

Nina Veronica understands how difficult being an immigrant is. From having to work odd jobs until you can obtain the work of your dreams, it is a hard and long process that requires a lot of perseverance. Nina Veronica has worked in many odd jobs, including working as a Paralegal for many years at the Miami – Dade State Attorney’s Office.

Nina Veronica pursued her dream to become a lawyer in the U.S. She graduated in the U.S. from the prestigious Ave Maria School of Law, recognized as the most conservative law school in America by PreLaw Magazine.  Ave Maria School of Law is accredited by the American Bar Association.

Since her admission by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida to the Florida Bar, Nina Veronica decided to create her own law firm so she can dedicated her law practice exclusively to the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. She is fluent in English and in Spanish and is allowed to practice Immigration and Nationality Law in the 50 states of the Nation, and worldwide to better represent you and your interests through the U.S. Consulates. She knows first-hand what is to miss the family during the holidays and on those special occasions. So, she is going to make your immigration process as easier and smooth as it could be so, you can reunite with your family.  Nina Veronica has successfully represented cases before USCIS, NVC, KCC, and EOIR.

Nina has a passion for legal migration, and she focused her passion to spread the knowledge of U.S. Immigration Law on her YouTube Channel which you may find under @NinaVeronicaLlerena. She speaks there about different aspects of the U.S. Immigration Law to educate the public. Currently, she has more than 21, 800 subscribers, and her most viewed videos are about the Diversity Visa Lottery, with videos that have more than 82,000 views explaining the different legal paths to migrate in a lawful and orderly manner.
